Atrocious Care!
Care.com just locked me out of my account days after my house burned down and I lost everything. They refuse to tell me why they locked me out, refuse to let me change my billing information, refuse to provide me services, refuse to refund the $200 that I just paid for my services. This is a terrible way to treat a long time loyal customer. They completely dropped me the minute I first really needed their services
