It is with great honor and joy that I write this review on behalf of the most professional and thoughtful paralegal I have ever encountered. Mona handled my case with professionalism and empathy. She is patient, helpful and anticipates what her client may need. What I thought would be a rather embarrassing experience personally, she put me at ease every step of the way. She guided me in what I needed and was thoughtful about double checking what I presented and shared with me when I needed to provide more information but with the most gentle and kind spirit. Thank you Mona for dignifying my life and understanding how hard it can be at times.
