My 9 year old has been attending BMJJA for 8 months. Professor Doa is fantastic with kids of all ages and personalities. He’s kind, supportive, and compassionate - always encouraging and building their confidence. He creates an environment where kids feel comfortable to try new things and persevere through challenges, and the more experienced students naturally model the expectations which helps new students learn and settle in.
He keeps things fun and finds creative ways to keep the kids engaged, they spend most of the class with the biggest smiles on their faces. There’s no wasted time, class sizes are just right, and the community he’s built is kind and welcoming. The kids are taught to look out for each other, and newcomers are always made to feel included from day one.
