Scamming customers I had a terrible experience with edream. In my last trip with them, I was fined 55 euros by ryanair simply because edreams had a technical issue on letting me check-in on time. After edreams didn’t want to take full responsibilities so they kept asking me to make an enquiry with ryanair, which I did, but ryanair urge me not to make any more purchases with third party sites such as edreams and just book a ticket directly from ryanair, but they weren’t able to make a refund for me as it wasn’t their fault. So I head back to edreams to file a complaint and they finally replied to my mail after 3 whole business days. They asked for my bank details and I followed their instruction step by step, a few days later they CLAIMED that they have give me the refund but in reality I have not receive any money in my bank from them. Then I politely asked them for a receipt to proof they’re telling me the truth, and they ghosted me right after and hence right now I’m very disappointed and disgusted by their service. Never book an air ticket from this company even when it’s surprisingly cheap.
