Patient, professional, and genuinely invested
I've now worked with 100 Covers across two books in my thriller series, and I'd recommend them to any indie author without hesitation. The cover design process was genuinely collaborative — my designer took direction well, iterated patiently through multiple rounds, and nailed the tone I was after: a cover that reads instantly as a spy thriller and holds up at thumbnail size, which is where it counts.
What made the difference, more than anything, was my project manager, Ollie. He was the one steering the whole thing — fielding my questions, turning around revisions quickly, keeping every moving part on track, and translating my half-formed ideas into clear direction for the design team. He was patient through more rounds of feedback than I'd care to admit, never made me feel like a difficult client, and genuinely seemed invested in getting the books right rather than just getting them done. That kind of facilitation is rare, and it's the reason the process felt easy from start to finish.
The breadth is the other standout. Beyond the eBook cover, the Plus Pack covered everything I needed to launch properly — print wraps for paperback and hardback, A+ Content, 3D mockups, social images, ad creative — all produced in one consistent visual language by people who understand how indie publishing actually works. It made the books look like they came from a real publishing house.
The first book has done well, and I came straight back to them — and to Ollie — for the second, which is the truest endorsement I can give. Looking forward to book three.
