lack of pick and pack process and poor customer care
Incorrect items sent. Explanation 'the items I ordered are out of stock'. Now I have to organise a return of items I never ordered.
Why not email the customer to say they are out of stock? Why have them on the website to order in the first place?
Feels like a very dubious business. Take your money, send you incorrect items.
I expected an apology, none given.
What they sent me wasn't even the same but a different brand.
Awaiting my returns information. It better be prepaid, I should be paid for spending time to send them back!
Do not order from them.
