Unreliable after initial support
The initial support was excellent when the first key I purchased didn’t work; they promptly replaced it with one that did. However, a few months later, after upgrading my CPU (which shouldn’t affect an OEM license tied to the motherboard), the license was flagged as invalid. Despite my clear explanation, support blamed me and stopped responding to my emails entirely. They seem responsive at first but completely unreliable when problems arise later. Very disappointing experience overall.

Microsoft identifies this as an altered device and revokes the binding. This is Microsoft's licensing policy, not an issue caused by our store.
