Scammers
Scammers. First time did they didn’t show up and I ended up having to clean an entire Airbnb with very little notice right before check out when I complained they offered a voucher for future use and canceled my service. I fell into the scam of using that voucher on months later just to find out that they locked me in to the $54 a month membership fee and $180 fee to cancel when they pretended like it was a complementary voucher for the hassle of not having a cleaner show up when it was booked for. This company has no integrity and they will receive their karma inevitably.
