Fabulous Croissant Baking I highly recommend the Croissant Baking Class through Cook’n With Class. Professional Chefs Christian and Sarah were very knowledgeable, personable, and, patient, with our 2 groups of retired adult students. We had a wonderful baking session with camaraderie and laughter, while learning how to make 4 different styles of delicious croissants, which we washed down with champagne to celebrate our accomplishment! I would take this class again without hesitation.
