Kiwi.com left us stranded – beware of their “Guarantee”
Kiwi.com left me and my daughter stranded in Milan. Their “Guarantee” was useless: alternatives came 28 hours late (all sold out), refund wasn’t enough for even one ticket, and they never refunded 931 CAD for a canceled booking. I had to buy new tickets for $1,678 USD out of pocket. After 22 hours of chat support, their apology was a €5 promo code. Avoid at all costs.
