Bad customer service
It's a nice bed but the service is terrible. I ordered the bed in mid November only to receive it in January with missing pieces and wrong instructions how to assemble the bed. One month later, end of February, still waiting for the missing pieces and proposed assembly to fix the mistake. I was waiting not to write a negative review hopefully the issue would be resolved quicker than the delivery. Really disappointed that little to zero effort was done.
