Great Progress and Helpful
Selling our house and using the proceeds for investment was definitely a bold move, but looking back, it was a far smarter choice than keeping a second rental property that was only generating 8-9% annual returns. Now, just from the cashback alone, we’re earning four times what we made from the rental property. The cashbacks are always paid out early each month, and the results have been exceptional. Watching the consistent growth has been thrilling, and it's incredible to think that early retirement could be within our reach much sooner than we ever imagined.
