Terrible service and missing items
I ordered a bed, a mattress and a knitted bed protector on littleloft on the 12th or April. Part of the items (bed & mattress) arrived on the 19th of may. The long wait is somewhat acceptable as I assumed they are producing based on orders coming in.
The problem: the knitted bed protector for which I paid CHF105 for did not arrive. They also delivered the wrong sized mattress (10cm too narrow) so now the bed is sitting in my living room and my daughter doesn’t have a bed to sleep on.
Mistakes happen. I can deal with that. It’s super inconvenient after waiting 5 weeks for the delivery but ok.
The worst part is that I have emailed them 4 times (!!!) with absolutely not response. Not even a ‘sorry for the inconvenience, we’re really busy but solving the problem.’ I am just being ignored completely.
It’s quite mind blowing. 🤯 It’s a shame because the bed is pretty. But at this rate, I don’t think I can remember the last time I’ve had such terrible customer service.
What is however absolutely unacceptable is that The knitted bed protector did not arrive.
