Practical HubSpot support
We had a really positive experience working with BFJ Digital. They helped improve our HubSpot setup across the CRM, sales pipeline, workflows and reporting, and took the time to understand how our business operated before making any changes.
What we liked most was how practical and tailored the whole process felt. The team explained things clearly, kept the project moving and made the system much easier for us to use day to day. We now have better visibility over leads, more consistent follow-ups and less manual admin.
The only area that could have been improved was allowing a bit more time for hands-on training once the setup was complete, especially for team members who were less familiar with HubSpot. That said, the team was always responsive when questions came up.
