Living Well HME has "One of the Good Ones" I have been going to Living Well Home Medical Equipment since 2016. I have always felt welcomed and treated well by their staff. I would like to give a shout-out to a particular staff member, Nichelle Fife, CPAP Specialist, who has been very attentive to my equipment and replacement supply needs. She is sure to contact me throughout the year, when it's time to consider replacing my nasal pillows and tubing, water reservoir, filters, etc. She is very patient and personable, and shows a genuine sense of care to her customers/clients. While I have had a few different CPAP Specialists help me over the years, all of which were very good, Nichelle is a cut above the rest. As a former hiring manager, I know first-hand that it can be tough to find good employees these days. So, I hope the owners and management recognize they've got "one of the good ones" on their team.
