I absolutely love this place and totally recommend it. My dad and I attend this studio and let me say the instructors never fail to amaze us. They continue to check up on us and assist us during class if trouble with a pose occurs, their friendly attitudes and welcoming spirits make it feel like one big family! Book that class because it is one of the best decisions made for our mental and physical health. Love our Bikram Family!
