Bike Service Delivers 👍 OMG I actually got to speak to a real person both times I rang up. Not on hold, no foreign call centre or press this button then this one. The sequence of events was explained to me from collecting to delivery of my new , high value bike. Tracking link the day before and tracked all the way live on GPS right upto delivery. The delivery guy was a real gent, respectful, courteous, really looked after my bike . An ambassador for the company. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended.
