Butterfly Initiative Ghana We had a wonderful and enriching experience during the cheese training session with Esther. The training was well-structured, engaging, and very practical, making it easy for our staff at Butterfly Initiative Ghana to understand and actively participate in the cheese-making process. Esther is clearly very passionate about cheese making and brings a high level of expertise to her teaching. What stood out most was her exceptional patience and dedication—she took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all questions thoughtfully, and ensured everyone felt confident and involved throughout the sessions. Our team learned a great deal over the two days and truly enjoyed the hands-on approach. The atmosphere was welcoming and collaborative, which made the learning experience both effective and enjoyable. We are very grateful for the opportunity to learn from Esther and would highly recommend her training to anyone interested in cheese making.
