Horrible house move
Had the most horrible experience I have ever experienced. Moved house from Albany to Perth. Troy, Rodrigo and Callum came. Troy boasted saying he has been doing the job for 26 years. What a fucking bloody joke. They refused to move my piano, buffet table and TV cabinet saying 3 more men were needed. Came with the biggest truck they had and took the least amount of things. They were going to charge me $13k on top of $8k I already paid. Wanted to rip me off. Troy ridiculed the hard work my family put in packing the stiff all night with no sleep. He said I should have got professional packers which would have cost is so much.Would be cheaper to move interstate. Luckily I decided to use Fox removalist from Welshpool who were absolutely wonderful. The wrapped the furniture and 2 men moved everything( more than half of what these bloody 2 easy removalist took) effortlessly and happily. My wife made videos and took photos of them shifting which I am hoping to post of this review if I can just to show this bloody Troy how good they were. Rodrigo was nice and polite, he was the best one, after all he is Brazilian and not a lazy Aussie like Troy! Totally regret using 2 easy removalist. Waste of money, the stress they put my wife through was unimaginable! They should be named ' Most difficult removalists'
Maria the "owner" was horrible, wanted to rip me off just like Troy, they work hand in gloves. Birds of the same flock....
We moved our stuff from the UK to Australia in 2008 using Allied Pickford and they were excellent
Didn't even cost us $5k!! moving three quarters round the world!
Shame on you 2 easy removalists!
Hope no one has to go through what we went!
Beware of them folks, you have been warned!
Wish I could rate them negative stars!!
