Really Rude Customer Service. Really Rude Customer Service. Was excited to learn about voice acting, all I wanted was a call back to discuss options. Unfortunately had the misfortune of interacting with a person called 'Fiona' who wasn't very helpful and then accused me of being rude for no reason. Unnecessary and petty. I just hope she was having a bad day. Definitely turned me off from the service. Shame.

It seems our definition of "rude" differs somewhat from yours. We understand you were excited to learn about voice acting and simply wanted a call back to discuss options. However, as our support team explained via email (our standard method of initial contact for detailed inquiries), we weren't able to offer a free, personalized phone consultation.

While we couldn't offer that specific service for free, we did provide you with numerous options for 100% free resources – comprehensive training materials, advice, and guidance available on our website. These resources are designed to help aspiring voice actors get started without immediate financial investment. Clearly, these weren't "good enough" for your expectations of a free, immediate, and bespoke service.

We strive to be helpful and provide clear pathways for everyone, whether through our extensive free content or our paid coaching and demo production services. It's a shame our efforts to assist you within our operational framework were met with such negativity.
