Do not trust LixeryX Mobile, Union Place. false promises and terrible customer service
I had a genuinely frustrating experience with LixeryX Mobile at Union Place. I called ahead and was clearly told the iPhone I wanted was in stock and reserved for me. Based on that confirmation, I made the trip to the store.
When I arrived, the story changed completely — they suddenly said the phone wasn't available and asked me to wait 15 minutes while they arranged to bring it in. I agreed and waited. Fifteen minutes turned into an hour, with no updates or explanation.
The most ridiculous part: after all that waiting, one of their own staff members came up and asked me whether I had already received the phone — as if I was the one who was supposed to keep track of an order they'd confirmed and then failed to deliver. No apology, no real accountability, just confusion on their end at my expense.
If you're planning to buy a phone here, be cautious. A phone confirmation over the call meant nothing once I actually showed up, and I wasted over an hour for nothing. I wouldn't recommend relying on their word or their customer service.
