Our first experience with Adamsons was when we converted our attic, because they did a superb job we hired them again a few years later for a kitchen diner extension. Nothing was ever an issue and their aftersales support was amazing. Even 12 years later when a drain company tried to tell us the drain was fitted incorrectly and wanted to charge us £1800 to fix I called Adamsons and mentioned this to them. Christine sent two of the lads to us within 24 hours and within 10 minutes they had the issue sorted. No incorrect fitting but a company trying to get another payday. Based on my previous experience with Adamsons I knew there was no way the work they had done was faulty. Thanks again! I continue to recommend Adamsons to anyone looking for quality workmanship, peace of mind and exceptional customer service.
