I had a serious issue with my order. Today, February 9, 2026, at 5:18 PM, I called customer service I had a serious issue with my order. Today, February 9, 2026, at 5:18 PM, I called customer service and waited for a long time. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the agent told me that the supervisor had no time. This was very unprofessional and honestly disappointing. Customers who make large purchases deserve respect and proper support. This experience made me lose trust in the company.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
