Quick roadside service
I was out of town on business and stranded in a local hotel with a car that wouldn't start. At 830a I dialed their number, Jay answered (a human!) and one of his guys was able to help me in short order. He got my car started and fit me in at the shop for a new battery for a reasonable cost. I was back on the road and only 90 minutes late for my meeting. Thanks Jay.
