Unprofessional and disastrous service The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bounce houses deflated after just 45 minutes despite booking four hours, and the bubble machine never showed up. Games were disgustingly dirty, covered in feces and bird droppings. Essential equipment like cords and generators was missing, leading to unexpected extra costs for contractors and fuel. One generator overheated and failed. Management was rude, accused us of theft, and their truck damaged our grass and playground, costing $300 to tow. This was our first and last time using this company. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
