Frustrating and unhelpful service Customer service needs serious improvement. After paying $35 for shipping, I waited four days with no updates. When I tried to cancel, I was hit with unreasonable refund terms—either lose 25% of my payment or accept a store credit. Communication from their team is unhelpful, slow, and poorly timed due to the time zone difference. It’s frustrating and disappointing. Unless you’re certain a reseller operates fully in the US, avoid the risk of delays and questionable practices.
