Extremely Unprofessional Staff
The second star is only because the staff member Amanda was very kind. I cannot say that about the rest of the staff, especially the front desk receptionist Julie. Her unprofessional, condescending egotistical and rude behavior is unprecedented in my experience. I have a recorded conversation and transcript which proves it beyond question. I also have proof that there is probably egregious violations of our HIPPA rights. More disappointing is the fact that Dr Robinson chose not to address this matter but instead chose to protect a belligerent team member rather than protect the rights of her clients. Because of this , I cannot, in good faith give them anything more than a two-star and I find that to be quite generous
