Terrible customer service
One of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. After struggling to get through the door with the staff member sitting at a table just inside, no help offered to hold the door, we went to the table, he just sat there with his arms folder. With no ‘can i help?’, after 15 or so seconds we asked if we could hire a scooter that would fit in a car boot. Barely looking up, said ‘we don’t have any for your weight, nothing above 18st’ (he hadn’t asked), and that was it. No smile, no discussion.
