Worst optometrists service in Pretoria Absolute worst experience I have ever had with optometrist. I ordered contact lenses and spesifically confirmed that is is for 3 box sets for each eye. Then I made an official appointment for an eye test and new glasses. Nobody showed up, the store remained closed and I left and hour later. Only a week later I receive a "We will try our best to still give you a special price". Finally the contact lenses arrive and it is only 1 set. I paid triple for 1 set compared to the rpices at other optometrists. They admitted to say its their fault and they will get back to me. 3 weeks later and still nothing. Not even a sorry. When I asked what we can do about this the receptionist only said "I don't know". This is what you get when you try and support small businesses... Will never recommend this store and rating it even with one star is too much!
