When I called Deed Poll Office on 2 occasions, both of the staff were helpful & pleasant, I felt listened to & had my queries answered. This meant I was confident to continue with my application. This was a straight forward process & I completed it quickly. I like the fact that the more copies of my Deed Poll I ordered, the cheaper it became per copy.
