Terrible disaster
Terrible experience with this firm I hired in the area of communication. They all (lawyers and case workers) share one generic email. They do not respond to calls, texts or show much effort or attention to detail. They do not pay attention to documents sent. Anytime I called, I rarely spoke with the same case manger. My family experienced some Power of Attorney drama and they were also no help here. They appear to only care about their cut. The settlement is likely ending up in the wrong hands now. They did little to no work but will get close to 40% of settlement. Do not hire this firm.
