Good Experience Working as a PSW
Working as a PSW with FirstLight Home Care has been a good experience for me. The company is well organized and makes sure caregivers are placed with clients based on their skills and availability. The office staff is supportive and responds quickly when help is needed. The work environment is friendly and professional, and I feel comfortable doing my job. It is a good place to learn and gain experience in home care.
