Hi Auryn, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
After reviewing the account history, we can see our support team had been working with you to investigate the concerns you raised about the service. However, communication stopped before the troubleshooting and follow-up steps could be completed, which meant we weren’t able to fully diagnose, and resolve, the issue.
When the account was later cancelled, we explained the standard notice period outlined in our terms. At that time you also indicated you would leave negative reviews if the notice charges weren’t waived. While we always aim to be helpful and fair, we’re not able to make exceptions to clearly stated terms on that basis.
We genuinely try to resolve any issues whenever they’re raised and are always happy to work through troubleshooting with customers so problems can be properly diagnosed and fixed. Unfortunately in this case we weren’t given the opportunity to complete that process.
