Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a clock. It arrived on time and was well packaged. However, it clearly sustained an impact in transit as one of hands had becomer detached. I immediately sent an email, with pictures, showing the damage. A replacement was sent immediately. I received it today and all is well! I really appreciated the quick response and rectification. Would be happy to do business with them again.
