Fine until I realized they shorted the hotel $$$. I paid traveluro a certain amount. The hotel received 15% less than I paid to traveluro. Traveluro can't explain to me where the difference of went, nor are they willing to provide a refund. I even asked if there's fees fine, I just want to know where the difference went. This has been ongoing now for 3 months... It seems they don't understand my question, they keep telling me the following, which is irrelevant to my question of why did the hotel receive less than I paid? Please note that the invoice received from the hotel is the wholesaler invoice which is intended for an internal use. The price shown on the invoice is the wholesaler pricing of your hotel reservation, and is not any retail / published price which was available online to book.
