Do not use the company or believe the good reviews Do not use this company! We ordered doors initially on 11th dec. The doors we wanted were out of stock everywhere else, we were assured the doors were in stock with liberty floors. We were told they were in stock and shipping tends to be 7-15 days. I called on the 22nd they said they would deliver on the 23rd, I then called again and they said they would deliver on the 29th. I have then emailed multiple times to which they said they denied ever saying about previous deliveries and said would be delivered on the 5th, on 15:30 yesterday I contacted liberty floors and blamed it on the bad weather. Finally the doors arrived today 6th 10:40, only to find they are the wrong door! They are £20 cheaper than the doors we ordered and look completely different. The pallet force couldn’t take it away despite me telling them at the time this was the wrong door. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I used them because it looked like they had a 5star rating but I believe these are probably all just fake/ they remove the bad reviews. DO NOT USE THEM. Also their customer service is shocking, multiple times I have contacted them and had nothing useful to add. They are really useless
