Terrible service people don’t know their job
Absolutely terrible service we were told our procedure would be covered by insurance only to find out later they did not actually look into the insurance much and none of it was covered because we were out of Network. We didn’t realize we were out of network because we had previously been in Network with them before. The procedure was done we owed the full amount and when I questioned why someone didn’t verify that our insurance would cover this I just got the runaround. Very rude when I question things did not care in anyway that they put us in a financial bind by not checking the insurance properly absolutely non-caring at all. I would tell you definitely look somewhere else if you can I wouldn’t trust them to run my insurance if my life depended on it. Now I will likely have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for my daughter because unfortunately I don’t want her credit to be tarnished by this. I will make sure that no one in my family or anyone that I know will ever use this business again. Was much better when the father still ran things.
