Very Poor experience, what were they thinking??
I patiently waited 6 weeks for our driveway to be completed before submitting this review. The day We Paved worked on our driveway, my husband & I contacted them promptly upon realizing the work was unfinished. It was relayed to us by the owner that his team would return when they were back in our area. After 2 weeks of no follow-up, I called the owner again. He stated his team would return within the next 2 weeks. Although I’d extended the benefit of doubt until this point, the tone & reasoning given for the delay was inexcusable & unprofessional. The job wasn’t completed to our satisfaction. Nonetheless, we continued to wait & call. During each call over the next weeks, an apology was extended along with assurance that our concern was priority. I last spoke with a rep 6/2. She stated the team would return 6/4 or 6/5. No one has acknowledged us since. I do not recommend We Pave with confidence. The service is poor. For the investment paid, the quality of work & customer experience should be much better.
UPDATE: 7th week, crew arrives at my home w/NO notice. While getting my kids ready for bed I notice activity outside. This is around 9 in the evening. After completion, my husband receives a call & the We Pave rep told him that they poured TAR on our driveway!? We proceeded outside to view what he was referencing. To our disbelief & further dismay, the matter has been made worse. Our driveway is unsightly.
