A personal thank you! On behalf of YAGRO I cannot recommend ARC enough, at every stage of the project. From initial informal discussions, they weren’t pushy salesman but knowledgeable experts. They didn’t demand large upfront deposits like many other companies or tie us into contracts in advance. We were able to get technical designs for a small fee that was deducted from the fitout cost once agreed. The designs were quick, comprehensive and they were incredibly patient with the numerous changes we made back and forth. At the time I did not appreciate just how good the designs were but once the project was completed, they had accurately delivered to the highest standard, a like for like! The overall cost was competitive, with a line-by-line breakdown of everything and full transparency. They delivered on the tightest deadline, overcoming problems out of their control, with excellent communication and a positive attitude towards everything. They did not pass you around from person to person, with a consistence project manager from start to finish, and where other people were involved communication and handover was excellent. They even dealt with third parties from coffee machine installation to security installation on our behalf to seamlessly deliver.
