nasty staff member screamed at me while I was crying Ive been coming here since I can remember and it was a favourite place of my late sister, so when it came to getting plants and a tree for my beloved dogs grave, there was nowhere else I would want to go, however, thanks to a lady whos name begins with 'n' who works there, I would rather drink sick out of a sock. I was choosing some cyclamen for my dog, and she came over, snatching the plant out of my basket and chastising me like a naughty child in a vile tone. The way she was grabbing at the plant and snatching , and her manner was despicable rude and when I retaliated, she shouted at me, even though I was crying. What should have been a special moment was wrecked by this foul, rude woman. She shouldn't be working with the public. It's a shame because N has ruined what was a lovely garden centre. I endeavour to tell everyone about this horrible woman! Edit to add- i posted a similar review to this on social media and instead of them taking accountability and apologising profusely, they blocked me and deleted the review.
