Useless service
I recently had my TV repaired by Shams Al Sahil LLC Company, where they replaced the TV screen for AED 900. I paid the full amount, expecting the TV to be completely functional.
Unfortunately, after the repair, the remote is no longer connecting to the TV. I have contacted the company several times through messages, but they are now not responding at all.
This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after paying AED 900 for the repair. I expect a professional service provider to stand behind their work and respond to customers when there is an issue after the repair.
I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly.
