Unhelpful and negligent service The customer service was shockingly dismissive and offered zero assistance. After paying on December 29th using their own payment provider, Multisafepay, they incorrectly claimed a week later that the payment failed and canceled my order without making any effort to investigate. I had to reach out to Multisafepay directly, who quickly located the payment, proving this was pure negligence on their part. Their laziness caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I will never use their service again.
