We paid a consultation fee on April 29th, after which the firm committed to our profile, issued a formal service quote, and provided us with a list of required documents for a Spanish researcher visa. ​However, after holding our application and our money for 29 days, the firm suddenly notified us that they would not proceed with the service. This massive delay has severely disrupted our family’s relocation timeline from Sweden to Spain and caused unnecessary professional stress. ​Taking payment and keeping an urgent immigration client waiting for nearly a month only to back out is highly unprofessional. We have requested a full refund of our bank transfer and expect management to process it immediately. Avoid if you have a strict timeline.
