My lights went dark one evening, Spencer came out immediately, it turned out to be a problem w my electric supply and not his equipment, he gave me a new generator just in case and recommended me to an electrician . After my power was fixed he told me to keep the new equipment he had just installed and talked me through resetting the timer .
