Recently I booked an international hotel stay for 7 days through Zenhotels.com, unfortunately with unforseen circumstances my flight got cancelled and needed to cancel my hotel bookings. Zenhotel customer service was literally so helpful and so responsive that I felt so secure with my refund. Very easy to communicate and very quick to answer.
