What a nightmare. Never again. I’m out 125$ Never again. I order 2 pairs of pants. They were shipped and “delivered” via UPS, but they were never actually delivered. I can’t file a claim with UPS because the shipper has to do that. I have a UPS tracking number but now HALARA is telling me that the package was delivered by Uni Uni, but I don’t have a Uni Uni tracking code, so it can’t possibly be tracked with Uni Uni. Now HALARA says I have to get in contact with Uni Uni. Absolutely no help from anyone.
