Do not ever buy extras Do not ever buy extras, insurances etc with them, its a scam, still fees to pay (I am not about fare difference). They cant provide any details on fees, costs to reschedule flight. Customer service is a bunch of misinforming people. Do not think you can do anything if you need to change your flight, they will do anything to make it hard for you.
