Poor communication and unhelpful service
Nate Bernard initially seemed helpful, but working with him turned out to be a terrible experience. I hired him in October, yet we didn’t meet until March. His communication was poor, he made unhelpful decisions, and when I refused a plea deal, he quit and kept my $4,300. Be cautious and focus on reviews with complaints—they reflect real experiences, unlike the overly positive ones. I had to find a competent attorney afterward.
