Just had my first session with Christophe and wow!
I've decided to try Hypnotherapy to support me navigate my recent ADHD diagnosis.
I want to explore ways to better-manage/cope with some of the behaviours and thought patterns that I have identified, and to learn to love myself and my differences more.
I can't believe the difference I already feel after just one session. My brain, which is so used to wallowing in negative thoughts and feelings for a "kick", cant find any to latch on to!
I cant wait to progress through the sessions.
