Terrific! I just received my 10-year residence permit, all thanks to Juliette Harancot, senior account manager! She and I have worked together for the last few years, and she was always accessible, helpful, knowledgeable, and comforting (when the final process took much longer than usual!!) "Chapeau" to French Connection and specifically to Juliette (she's the "terrific" in the heading above!)
